I was in a tight time jam today, needing a dent repaired quickly. Jordan responded immediately to my inquiries and made a visit to my location within an hour of talking with him. His pricing was more than fair, but what he did beyond that was excellent craftsmanship & also in the convenience of me not needing to go to him. he spent a good 2 1/2 hours working on a small 2 inch dent, and it is clear that it required a tremendous amount of patience and experience to do this correctly. The Dent is gone completely. Even knowing where it was and looking extremely close, you cannot see it. Really mind-boggling. Jordan also allowed me to watch him work and it was a tremendous learning experience. There were several times where I was like. “What the heck is he doing?!?!” But it is clear he knows exactly what it takes to make it look beautiful again. But, let's be honest, the internet can be a wild place full of exaggerated tales and outright fabrications, so I was a bit skeptical. Well, consider me a convert! Jordan is a true professional. Old school in the way of taking pride in his work. Very cordial as well. Had a dent on my wife's Cherry Red Honda Civic rear quarter panel. It was on the crease which made things dicey. In the sun it looked like an abstract design. Jordan was like the "Dent Wisperer". Can't tell there was ever a dent. Jordan is a true professional . He tackled a decent size dent in the door of my silverado along with some other minor dings in variousplaces. I periodically watched and chatted with him as he worked. DentWorx did an amazing job. We had an ugly deep dent on on an aluminum hood. Jordan worked hard on erasing it and even came back after he ran out of light to make sure it was perfect. Even though my dent couldn’t be entirely repaired because it was in a tough location, the guy was visibly upset about the outcome and didn’t charge me. Despite it being in a tough spot, he did his best and I’m thankful to have honest people like himself. He worked very hard out in the sun on the pavement for four hours! I’m still not entirely convinced Jordan from DentWorx isn’t practicing some form of automotive wizardry. During a recent service visit my new Ford F-150 Raptor picked up a relatively nasty door dent with two distinctive impact points, and I was pretty sick about it. Since these trucks have aluminum body panels I was already preparing myself for the possibility that the dent would always be at least a little noticeable. Then Jordan showed up. First off, communication was fantastic from start to finish. He was easy to reach, kept me updated, and somehow managed to be early for the appointment. Not on time—early. That alone deserves recognition. As for the repair, I honestly don't know how he did it. What started as a very obvious dent and door ding is now completely gone. Not “looks better.” Not “you can only see it in the right light.” Gone. Vanished. Erased from existence. If I didn’t have before pictures, I’d start questioning whether the dent ever happened. If you’ve got a dent and you're wondering whether it can be fixed, call DentWorx. And if Jordan says he can get it out, believe him.
